Hi Friend, I wanted to let you know that even if I can’t see you that I do see you.

I know that this year, maybe this life, has been trying but you are not alone. Even in the wearest of moments. There’s a great source, there is  a great light surrounding you. And there are so many of your people who have gone before you who love you.

One of my favorite tools is an oracle deck and one of the cards says the rhythm of your breath directs the rhythm of your life. So take a deep inhale in through your nose. And hold it. And exhale audibly through your mouth. Didn’t that feel good? Whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed, do that. Come back to your breath. Your breath is your life force. And a way to cultivate and curate your most lavish life now, is to center your joy. If something does not bring you delight, it is your job not to do it. I want you to feel at home in your body. Because no matter where you go in the world, you are always with you. What do you desire? What brings you joy? What brings you pleasure? Focus on that. Chase it. Demand it. Because pleasure is your birth rite. You are worthy of abundance, ease, joy, flow and happiness. And that’s on everything. I’ll see you on the other  side. Peace.
